What are ḾAS AÚN’s shipping fees?
Australia Wide:
Standard Shipping – AUD $ 9.94 / FREE when you spend over $100
New Zealand Wide:
Standard Shipping – NZD $ 14.94 / FREE when you spend over $150
How long will the delivery take?
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
We estimate the products to reach you within 5 days of ordering. However, rural mining towns or areas may take up to 5-7 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. As we grow we will be expanding to other countries.

What is ḾAS AÚN’s return policy?
- The return must be within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must be unworn/ unwashed.
- You must have proof of purchase.
- The packaging must be in the original packaging.
- The product must contain original labels.
ḾAS AÚN reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition as they were purchased.
What is ḾAS AÚN’s refund policy?
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from ḾAS AÚN if the item:
- Was purchased within 14days.
- Faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you prior to purchase.
ḾAS AÚN reserves the right to reject refunds beyond the refund period limit, or items that are not in the same condition as they were purchased.
Can I cancel or make a change to an order?
We are unable to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed.
How do I use a discount code?
You must enter the discount code at the checkout page in the ‘coupon code’ field and then click ‘apply code’.
All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period and as such ḾAS AÚN does not credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period. Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Any discount/coupon codes are not eligible with any existing sales/promotion items.
